About me

Specifically speaking from purely the viewpoint of relevance to Coaching & Mentoring engagement that I am offering, I can say one who will be coaching you has played the game. I can humbly yet assertively say that not just that I played the game but at a higher level of demands, competitiveness at a higher plane of stakes and the trail blaze well illustrates that I played it fairly well. In fact, I continue to be still in the game not having hanged by boots yet from the professional life.
Most of the situations, challenges that we will be talking about I have faced myself over the 30+ years. During this duration of 3 decades behind me now as a precious experience, I have been walked through ascending trajectories, widening horizons.
What we will be talking about are setting & achieving Goals, evolving & implementing Strategies, being able to handle rise & falls, success & failures, and most importantly rising back again with a multiplied energy enhanced wisdom after a fall or a failure or say a set back. And, I assure you that I have gone through those multiple times in diverse circumstances over the decades of my professional life. So, during our engagement I will be able to pour the melt of my metal in to your pot.
The great thing is that, most of the aspects that we will be talking about during our engagement will not only add value to your endeavour of professional capability building but, also in the personal, family & social domains of your life. The reason is simple, we are dealing with only humans in all these sub-silos of life.
I say this with gratitude to the life that many people who worked with me in a closer collaboration or a closer engagement, have often expressed that I am able to easily rub on them my high quantum positive energy, out of the box thinking, ability to think large & see much far. I have been fortunate to be complimented so often by several people in my closer contact expressing that they can feel around me a space filled with inspiration, growth mindset, empathy and abundant positivity.
