Course Overview

However, it’s undeniable that a mentor provides invaluable support and guidance, enhancing the productivity, wisdom, and efficiency of your efforts.

Finding a supportive, effective mentor to guide you in your journey to becoming a CXO (Chief *** Officer) can be a significant step in your career development. It’s crucial to choose a mentor who aligns with your aspirations, understands the journey, and has a proven track record of success in the path you wish to follow.

Remember, mentorship is a reciprocal relationship. It’s important to respect your mentor’s time and expertise while being proactive in seeking guidance and feedback. With the right mentor, you can gain valuable insights and support, catalysing your progress and accelerating your path. This alignment and channelling of efforts can help you achieve your CXO goals more efficiently.

CURRICULUM

SECTION I : A2S
The reason the purpose always matters and it has a tremendous effect on the journey and the outcome.

So.. why do you want to be a CXO is a very important question to ask ourselves and get clarity on what is my reason my purpose behind setting that goal and the journey of pursuit.

Under this module we will aim to get clarity on the above aspects and that will decide what and how will we proceed from here onward on our A2S journey.

From the previous module where we got light on our own reason and purpose, the next very important clarity we need to establish is my understanding of being a CXO. So, this and the previous module are fairly well related and compliment each other. What and how will I do upon becoming a CXO , will trigger streams of important areas that we need to focus on. Skill and mindset that we need to start preparing and strengthening.
After the previous two modules giving us a very good to have clarity that they gave, we need to come bacl to the presnt moment and our current situation. Trying to find the deficit or degree of gap in the fitment. We understand what alignment/realignment, change of direction, alteration in the ongoing  course of journey needs to be achieved.
Having got clarity on the topics of earlier modules, it is time to draw up the actual plan of action, target areas to acquire strength and reinforce existing strenghs. We need to draw up a reference of time scale targets for the respective actin points. All ot this has to ultimately sync with one another, unify and cultivate in meeting the goal set by us for oneself on the journey of A2S.
In this module we will learn and get clarity on who and how or why stands the best or an accelerated opportunity to be elevated in an organization.

Once we get a clear understanding on this, it is much easier to make out the steps ahead and ensure to walk on stepping exactly on those target footmarks, target path.

SECTION II : A2S
While working ahead to achieve the goal, it is of great importance to further strengthen and optimally leverage our strengths and at the same time work on areas that need to be strengthened. Every individual is a combination of both – Such  strengths and areas needing an improvement. Making a focused and result oriented effort in the zones, spaces that need to be elevated, reinforced will be a very essential part of our pursuit which will deliver tremendous results for us.
As the description of the module itself conveys, now is our time to do a self check, review. Based on the findings do the necessary re-alignment , course alteration or correction and then again do the check dipstick and do the  review step. This has to become a part of sustainable periodical deliberation. We will need to keep doing it ourselves to lead us to the required level of growth and achieve the goal that we have set out for.
Now we are in an advance stage of our pursuit of the goal. We have set for ourselves. Having done all the work we have done through the previous modules, now is the time to ensure that we create and sustain one image and reputation that states our well  deserved claim on the uplift in the organisations vertical structure.
It is very important that with all the merit in the work, logic and data points are of relevance . We do in absolutely unambiguoum words make clear to the organization our hunger, effort and intensity in that to achieve the growth that we rave, set as a target in our mind. Let the organization know that you are very clear, very serious and intense about this. They must understand that for YOU, its not ‘nice to have’, but a “must happen” thing.

Also at the ouset very clearly express the time frame that you have set in your mind for this.

Now in the phase of not somehow, but anyhow. Not “ if possible” but “ I am here to make it a reality “

So taking a measure of actual ground speed or the speed of vertical lift and tallying them against the desired levels needs to be done. Understand the exact extent and the reason of the “delta “.

Be ready/get ready to make tough non negotiable demands and liver the decision as may be necessary in the interest of success of your pursuit of the goal of Being a CXO
