This Mentoring Centre with a unique name & concept of “Mentor’s Café” is founded with a mission of offering a differentiated and powerful “Transformational Mentoring” & soon to be launched “life guard centre” which will shout out saying “give me a chance, talk to me once before suiciding”
The mentoring is primarily offered in 4 target areas :

- Aspiring CXO-s who are in their most important spell of career between 35 to 40 years age
- Startup-s that are in their infant or a healthy child stage, for guiding & mentoring them to achieve further scale up & growth
- Personnel from Indian National Armed Forces having a desire to transition in to Civil & Corporate Work life

Our Strategy is to work with both - individuals and with groups, impart an experience of a highly motivating and impactful mentee-mentor relationship. We are here to make significant and lasting positive difference to the personalities and lives of our mentees, in fact surpassing beyond that to an extent that their colleagues, friends, family members around them start clearly feeling the high vibrant energies emitting from them through the transformation we will aim to bring about in them. All these relationships will create more relationships based on high degree of trust, faith and love and that is how we aim to touch and be able to elevate life experience of a very large no. of human being in the world around us.

To not spare any possible effort from our side and put in a melting pot for our mentees all our rich, diversified experience and learnings through the 35 years of successful work life & 55 years of broad basis human life. Through the close working with them, we are aiming to and excited to work with our mentees and help them transform, elevate their mindset, uplift capabilities and raise their merit, their personality that becomes compelling to attract achieve and enjoy true sustained success at various facets of their life such as work, personal and social.
